Defective Out of Box Return

Trek Equipment will replace any "Defective Out of Box" units that were purchased new. "Defective Out of Box" means the new product was found defective by the customer upon initial use.
Conditions for replacement or repair are as follows:

            
  1. Customer must notify Trek within 5 days of receipt of the unit. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) number will be provided at that time.

  2.         
  3. Unit must be returned to Trek with original packaging within 10 days of the issuance of the RMA.

Limited Warranty

All of our new products are subject to thorough test procedures by their manufacturers. Our manufacturers warranty all of their products to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a specified period from the original date of sale. A copy of the end user's invoice must accompany warranty claims. See the warranty statement included by the manufacturer with each product for complete details.

  • All returns require a Trek Equipment Corporation Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). To request an RMA, contact Trek Equipment Corporation:

For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number, and the nature of the problem.
 

  • All RMA numbers are issued based on the understanding that Customer has contacted the manufacturer where applicable, to obtain support and identify any problems with the equipment.
     
  • Trek Equipment Corporation reserves the right to refuse the merchandise and return it to the customer at the customer's expense.

Repacking and return shipping

  • The RMA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of the package being returned AND:

  • When enclosing the material to be returned, the original packaging must be appropriately packaged inside another box to protect the original package from damage. DO NOT DEFACE the original manufacturer boxes or original product packaging surfaces by applying labels or writing directly upon the surfaces of the original container. You may be subject to additional fees if you fail to properly repackage and ship the merchandise.


The parties expressly stipulate that any controversy whatsoever arising under or in connection with this transaction shall be summated and determined pursuant to the terms and conditions as set forth on our Terms and Conditions page and the policies of the manufacturer.
